   Stepping out of the shower, Kailie grinned. On a saturday afternoon at one 'o clock after just waking up, a nice hot shower was something Kailie really enjoyed. Wrapping the towel around her body, Kailie smiled and headed over to her iPod dock. She pressed the play button and listened as "rude boy" by Rihanna began whistling through the speakers. This was just the kind of therapy she needed after her crazy night last night.
Kailie scanned through her closet and finally settled on a grey v-neck t-shirt, a light denim mini skirt, and a pair of grey leggings which she pulled on over a lacy black thong and bra set. She slipped on a pair of grey ballet flats and headed down to her family's kitchen where she grabbed a water bottle and flipped on the television. She grabbed her iPad which she typically left sitting on the kitchen counter and logged onto twitter. "Sitting at my kitchen counter, being bored," she tweeted. Anyone wanna come over? The hot tub is fully functioning!" She pushed the iPad away from her and scrolled through the channels until she hit a rerun of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She smiled and let herself be absorbed into the show.

 ______________________________________________________________________________ Dominic hopped out of the shower at noon. He wasn't really sure what to do with his day. No school and it was unlikely that any of his friends would want to come and chill with him so that stuck him in his house all alone. Maybe the neighbor girl would want to hang out. Unlikely though, he knew her from school they were both Sophomores. She was pretty cute, but the only draw back was that she was kind of bratty though that didn't really bother him everyone had their bad traits about them. He looked outside it was kind of nice. He wasn't sure what to do. He walked around his house in his straight legged jeans practically skinny jeans, a white shirt and a black hoodie. Obviously he had socks on, but there was no need for shoes.
Brownies! That was what Dominic would make. He would make brownies and bring them over to the neighbors so he could possibly get to hang out with her. He walked into the kitchen grabbed out the brownie mix and the usual stuff like eggs, water, and oil. He smiled and went to work. As he grabbed his pan he heated up his oven. The items mixed in the bowl easily and then he poured it into the pan and stuck it in the oven. Happy with it he went onto the porch where he sat and watched tv. He liked sports so he went to Sports Center and watched what was new in the world of sports.
Finally Dominic heard a ding and jumped up he practically ran to the oven and quickly put on a oven mit. He pulled out the brownies. "Done!" He said out loud happy about this. He quickly cut the brownies and laid them out on a tray and wrapped them with clingy wrap wuickly. He then slipped on his purple converses and put on his purple hat as he left his house. He ran down his acroos the side to the gate of the Cinder Residence. He pressed the intercom button at the gate and awaited a response. While waiting Dominic hummed to himself.

Kailie jumped as she heard the intercom buzz. She hadn't been expecting anyone, but then again, any number of people could have received her tweet and decided it was an invitation for them to come over. She would probably have to turn some loser away. She sighed and pressed the intercom sitting next to the counter. "coming," she called.
Kailie walked slowly through the house to the front door. reaching the door, she let out a breath of air before opening it. Outside stood a dirty blonde boy holding a plate of brownies. It was almost so sugary-sweet that Kailie wanted to laugh, but she found it endearing. She pulled the door open further to let him in. "Hey, Kailie said, a slightly confused look on her face, "come in...it's Dominic, right?" She looked him over. In his skinny jeans and hoodie, he definitely looked yummy enough to eat.
